1.) What is your percentage based on?

    Answer: The percentage is based on your monthly revenues. We invoice based on what you receive, and you are never billed for income until you have it in your hands.

2.) Where do clients and insurance companies send their checks?

    Answer: That is up to you. You can either have all payments go directly to your office or they can go to a PO BOX provided by Bailey Medical Billing, Inc. and we can do your deposits.

3.) What software do you use?

    Answer:   We use Micro MD as our primary resource.

4.) How do I know that my practice and patient data is secure?

    Answer: We have a state of the art network with a dedicated server that automatically backs up our data multiple times a day. We store back up data in a secure location off site each evening. We use strict password policies and our server is protected by firewall and anti virus software.

5.) How long will it take for us to get started with Bailey Medical Billing?

    Answer: If you decide to move forward, we will work with you to make sure that there is a smooth transition. The time from signing the contract to sending out first claims varies with the size and complexity of your practice, but in all cases, we ensure that all the necessary setup is completed and verified before any claims are sent out.

6.)  What if we agree on a set of services Bailey Medical will provide and then decide we want more, less or different services?

    Answer: This is a very common occurrence. Often practices will sign on with us for fairly minimal services and once they get a feel for how we work they add on more services. This is no problem for us. We can amend your contract at any time.  

7.) I have a large stack of old, unpaid claims that were billed incorrectly by our previous biller. Can you clean this up for us and get these paid?

    Answer: We will negotiate with new clients regarding their existing  AR.
